For this project there were a few areas of concern that MYAN wanted us to tackle. Primarily they wanted to bring awareness to the organisation, and to communicate why they are operating, rather focusing solely on what they do, in order to foster more donors and philanthropists. They also wanted to be recognisably distinct to their parent organisation; MYAN Australia. With this in mind our solution was to develop a communication platform that appeals to a wide audience, relating MYAN’s heart and story; Powering Young Potential.
They seek to empower young potential by showing that MYAN NSW works with young people, not for them. With this concept we’ve devleoped a prospectus, iconography, social media templaters and extras including posters, tote bags, event tickets and stickers.
We’d like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of all the lands on which we are writing and you are viewing this project today. We recognise their continuing connection to culture, community and the environment. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal or Torres Strait islander people viewing this project today.
We would also like to give a warm thanks to the MYAN team for giving us the opportunity and time to work on this project with them.
